3D Fragment Slideshow

How can I remove the 3D Fragment Slideshow text that appears between transitions and replace it with my own text or with an image or just fill with black or white? I do not have Flash so can this be done without it? Thanks jb

Hello RimV. I’m looking for a transition that it is easy to use I like the one posted here: (http://activeden.net/item/3d-fragment-slideshow/16429). I have a few questions how hard is it to apply to an image (I know the basics using flash) but don’t know ActionScript?? and my second question would be can I create a layer on top of it an add type??? And last but not least how hard is it to change the size of the document???

@gustavoarce: To change the image you just need to edit the XML , for changing dimension you have to change document dimension and specify 2 variables in an actionscript file.

Creating a player requires a lot of tweak though

very nice work rV, how hard is it to divide the images up into even more planes so rather than 80 planes there was 120? Would there be any performance issue?

@MSFX: Yep definitely there are performance issue, however if smaller image are used the number of plane can be increased

I am pretty sure this question wasn’t previously answered, but if I am wrong I apologise ahead of time. I was wondering if it was possible to change the “3D Fragment” text and the grey background to something different for each transition. So it wouldn’t say the same thing every time… it could go something like:

Display Picture… “Buy Today” Display Picture… “Christmas is almost here” Display Picture… “Free Shipping’ Display Picture… “Monday only” Display Picture… “and so on…”

Is this possible to do in the XML ? Or even the flash?

Hi. I purchased the 3D Fragment Slideshow from you and have a couple of questions. You supplied a .fla file but when I open and publish it (overwriting the original but without changing anything at all) it does not create the same .swf file as that supplied. Please forward to me a new .fla file which will allow me to publish to .swf and get exactly the same file as you have provided as an example. That’s a nice job… I have purchased it….but I am not able to figure how can I reduce the speed of animation.. I want to make very subtle as I am using it in a small section… can you assist me please??

“The errors show that you have already installed a classpath to some version of PV3D and it overrides the one used in my file. You can remove the classpath and try to compile again.” Rimmon

OK – Thanx Rimmon I had quite forgotten that I had set a class path in my preferences and, sure enough, it was overriding your classes. Removing the class paths enabled the SWF file to be created exactly as expected and to be fully customisable. Thanx a million for your help and for a truly super product!

Rimv, It takes a long time for my first image to load. Is there a way that I can just get the first image to show up without an initial transition?

Is there any documentation that explains the different transitions and what functions like easeoutQuint and easeoutBack and easeoutExpo mean in the XML file?

How can I add the slideshow object in actionscript like this:
