aac audio video player with realtime spectrum

This player handles all audio and video formats supported by flash player

video – flv, mp4, mov and codecs like H264 / aac
audio – mp3, m4a (with aac) but also audio only flv, mp4 or mov

Player also includes a double warp hole realtime spectrum analyzer which
is used for audio media.

For maximum flexibility, the spectrum can also be forced for any supported video format
This means you can encode audio in mp3, m4a, flv, mp4, mov, etc.

It uses realtime bandwidth estimation to optimize buffering in order to:

• smooth playback on unstable/slow connections
• start playback as soon as possible

Special code is in place to prevent freezes and unlock playback in
case of forward seek to unbuffered data.

A flexible configuration system allows preferences to be set either by
flashVars or external xml or a combination of both methods.

The player can display cover images, is fully resizable, has fit/fill zooming
and configurable fullscreen which includes:

• automatic ontop
• full or fixed size window
• optional margins.
• optional auto cursor hiding if no mouse activity

Mouse wheel can be used either for seeking or volume: unwanted browser
scrolling is fixed by (included) 1kb JavaScript code

Can be used standalone as embedded movie player in HTML pages
or as a component in custom projects: a single player instance can play
multiple streams and is controlled by simple methods like play(), pause(), stop(), etc

Comes with 4 ready to use style’s presets and the interface is fully configurable:

• custom colors for buttons, background and bars
• individual buttons hiding
• optional auto hiding for controls

All this settings are avaible as flashVars or xml options.

The player is pure AS3 , works with flex and provided swf can be
used/configured without Flash IDE at all.
