Abstract Lines with Gradient Background - Random Effect

Hi,

I wanted to use this. but I wanted to be able to manipulate the size of the effect myself… because I wanted to implement the effect as a header of a full flash website and the header is like 1600×275. But when I put your component in the site I want to implement it.. It re-sises automatically and covers the whole website.

Is their maybe a way to manipulate the dimensions of effect individually ?

hi there,
just purshased the file, very nice effect
however, i can’t get it to work with a template i purshased here, the template usually resizes the swf loaded for the background, but with this file, it doesn’t resize.
the animation is loaded with a certain size, if a resize the browser, the size of the animation changes again.
could you please help me to sort it out ?

Hi!! Could you explain this step? To add this background effect to your scene just copy and paste the movie clip ‘fx’ in your flash file and put the Abstract.as in your root directory. The effect will automatically resize and position in your scene. Does it mean I need to make blank AC3 movie clip and copy fx file there? Best Regards

Hi, I have the debugger version of Flash Player and when my Flash file is playing (containing “Abstract Lines with Gradient Background – Random Effect”), the following message pops up constantly:

TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference. at Abstract/RandomizeParticles() at flash.utils::Timer/_timerDispatch() at flash.utils::Timer/tick()

Why is this happening?

For the time being I found a solution. If I need more help I’ll email them, thanx.

can this be put to a resolution of 1920 by 1200 and into 25 fps….i was looking into buying this….thank you

very cool background! i used it for presentation on 1920_1080 resolution. but in this case ovals are very thin. can you test and fix this? anyway thanks! (as 2.0)

I have one question, for the AS…

I currently have my stage to Stage.align = “T”;
