ADG3 : Grid Mask Transition

A transition using random motion of rectangles moving into place on an invisible grid. ActionScript, not timeline based.

All code explained at length, so it’s good tutorial material

You also get a free drag & drop preloader, volume slider and another loop

You can change the speed by changing the value of the variable “time”, and you can change the number of rectangles by changing the variables for columns and rows. No Brainers.

Final size will vary based on music and image size. The masking effect itself can be used on dynamically loaded content and is quite light itself.
