Is there any issue with player which you had published ?maybe you should publish it at lower version of player 9.0,and have a look at some other browsers.(my player is 10.0 ,browser is Safari),

Or is there XML file missing at the preview?

We’ll fix the preview as soon as possible. It is probably a problem with the encrypting AD is using.
