what i mean is will it pixelate the 420 wide by 310 height photo, or will it just center the photograph inside the larger viewable area?

...or do I have to make a 700 wide x 480 height black box under my smaller images to have it center properly with stretching the photograph and making it pixelated / distorted?

Hi, I love how smooth this gallery works! I looked thought a lot and can’t find anything better.

I was wondering if you can help me on one thing though. I want to put a star rating swf in this gallery that uses php to process but I’m not sure how to add it to the gallery so it will show different rating for each image that is displayed.

Any help is very much appreciated.

There seems to be a problem with Advanced Dynamic XML Image Slideshow and MSIE V8 .06.

If load the movie the photos display correctly – then if I leave the page and return in the same browser window – the photos do not display.

Other browsers, Opera, Firefox, Chrome are all ok. Just MSIEv8

It might just be me? Does anybody else have this problem?

.... ok the bug is in swfobject that is used in the Advanced Dynamic XML Image Slideshow files

There is a newer version of swfobject than 1.5. Check out http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/

@SaafiDesign – perhaps you could update your help file / file downloads to help remedy to this?

.... ok my use the latest swfobject doesn’t appear to work with AOL Explorer so i have resorted to using simple javascript to embed it.

Hello, First off great file, I was able to incorporate with ease into my website without much confusion. One thing I’m having an issue with is when you create enough thumbnails to where the gallery needs scrolling, the last thumbnail in the sequence gets cutoff. The thumbnails should be able to scroll all the way to the end without this issue. I’ve tried a couple things like creating an empty image container in the XML file but to no avail.

I would like to “disable” the text of the description. It is possible by editing the xml file, or just Flash?
