Advanced Gallery with awesome tooltip

Another awesome image gallery with tooltip !

• nice scrolling image thumb panel
• Elastic mouseOvers image
• Not a normal tooltip but a very original dangling tooltip
• All image and tekst for tooltip are from an XML and easy to change
• Just looks awesome

I also stuffed the code with comments so its clear what each line will do. Its all just very clear.
