Advanced XML Horizontal Accordion Menu

I purchased this item, revised a few things and everything seems to be running fine except a minor issue when the swf is loaded in IE or Safari..

You will see that the navigation runs perfectly normal when on Firefox.. but open that link in IE or Safari, and you will see a white colored thin rectangle about 800px wide at the top of the file.. can someone please help me figure this out.

Could you please post your menu.as you used for your On-Click Actions? I would like to see exactly where and how to add code for the various actions.

How can I change the text color of the “main” menu items?

I was able to change the text color in the actual movie clip, but this only gives me an alpha of the same color for the rollover. Is there another way to do this that I’m missing?

thanks for a great menu. I am having some problems implementing it. I placed another button in my fla which has the following code in to tell timeline to go to another frame.

code is below: on (release) { _level0.gotoAndPlay(“playKeystone”); }

when the timeline moves to the specified frame, the black bars appear over the Main Menu items of your menu. I’m not very experienced with Action script, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

GREAT file! I have emailed you several times for help and didn’t get a response. I figured out those problems myself thankfully. However, the menu does NOT WORK in Internet Explorer. This is not good. Please respond to me and let me know if there is an update or something?

how can i change the AS code to always center the menu when a sub menu appears (instead of sliding to the right) ?

I try to understand the “mainMenuPosition” stuff but I’m not a AS expert !

Hi I purchesed the file which I found great but I have a small problem… to link your menu to start an animation I should normaly use:

(release) { _root.link = 1; _root.play(); } how do I write this on the xml file?

Does this menu work on smartphones? ex. iPads?
