This is an XML driven Flash and AIR Clock. Here are the settings you could benefit :

Flash settings

• Background change (swf or any image)
• Hours marker color
• Hide/Show the digital display

AIR Settings

• Drag on desktop
• Stay on top
• Set the transparency
• Positioning (x and y)
