Very Disappointment, on the Support. You have asked me to email you the files, then you refused to support because I have changed the code, fine… But I am only asking is that Just make your original version to support the FRENCH characters. ??? since then its been 4 days…..

As I mentioned we are a Big Retail chain and we don’t have allot of time time for another script??? so help is needed!!

Then my friend, I give one of the best support service on ActiveDen… in the first email I told you all the things to check and the steps to follow to work with text fields…

If you have problems doing these things isn’t my business, I’m not a teacher and I’m not here to explain to people how to use flash.

Hi,

to change the info’s title and description fonts is very easy. Just open the banner fla, enter into the library, open the banner_rotator_infos and double click on the info_description_clip and on the info_title_clip. When inside these clips, unlock the timeline layer and select the text field on the stage… then, using the properties panel, you can change the font and embed the characters that you need.

Do this operation for both the clips and then publish the swf pressing ctrl + enter.

just use on your server the banner swf file included in the original package purchased here, delete the one downloaded from internet.

Send me via the contact form on my profile page the URL of the site that was using the illegal copy.

if you have the source file of the illegal one (not a decompiled fla, I wouldn’t even try to edit it) I could try to unlock it, but I have to charge you for the work. If you don’t have the sources you must use the original file or it will be blocked again, it’s an automated system.

Consider that yours is a pirated file, so…

I guess it depends on how you embed the swf through the swfobject. If you give to it a fixed size in pixels I guess it won’t resize, but if you do the sizing using % it should.

Thanks for the reply, the embed code wasn’t the problem. I figured it out so I thought I would post the solution in case anyone else has this issue, the flash file itself was set to noresize,(this overrides the embed code) to fix this you need to edit the first bit of code in the .fla file

1. or you can also change it to “exactfit” and change the flash files document dimensions to the same size as where it’s being embeded…

If your ever making updates in the future an xml variable for noresize would make things easier for people who are just embeding this into wordpress etc and don’t want to mess with the .fla
