When the banner loads I want always to start from a random item.
Update: I think both solutions are ok…. completely randomize the items is also great!!

Ok,
it’s easy to start with a random item. At line 50 of the banner code:
replace this:
__root.selectedId = 0;
with this:
__root.selectedId = random(__root.totalItems);

That requires a function that randomize the array, a little more code invlolved…

I am wondering if it is possible to chose different transition effects for the slideshow? Does anybody know? Thanks for help.

Hi,
the images support 3 transitions: fade, brightness and darkness. Brightness and darkness are always fading transitions, but they have a white/black effect applied to it.

I have now implement this on my already excisting flash site and I have som problems. I have implemented two (swf) on the site at the same page.
It works fine if I only have one slogan in the two swf, but if I want to have two slogan in both then only one swf lopping the other one is stopped with the first slide.
What I do wrong ?
I dont use the html and I dont want.

ok, I’ll let you know via email… probably a conflict with the intervals because the 2 swf loaded in the same project… btw, in the page you’ve linked, none of them is rotating… they’re both stopped on the first item.
