Hi Park!

I´ve followed all the instructions to set up the contact section, including the xml and the php files, but i can´t make the form work. Always says try again… Would you mind to take a couple of minutes to see if there´s something wrong.

Hi,

you didn’t upload the http://www.hachecomunicacion.com.ar/sendMail.php sendMail.php file. Then, use the original contact.swf, not the one that you have.

Thanks for the answer!

The sendMail.php file was always online and the contact.fla i used is the original downloaded when purchased.

I followed the instructions from the documentation.pdf , but don´t know what else to do.

Any other idea?

If your file is there, then you should contact your hosting support to check what’s wrong with your server.

Hi,

no problem! On Twitter the chars limit doesn’t make it a ggod place for support :)

Btw, open the index.fla library, open the index_menu folder and double click on the menu_button clip. When into it, unlock the item_label layer and select the textfield on the stage. Once selected, through the properties panel, set the new font and embed the characters you need. This is it.

Hi,

sorry for the delay. The modules can be loaded only from the main menu. To load the text module I think you have to create a section in the main menu anyway and then use, into the footer text, the URL of that page to make an html link. Right now I don’t have the Mirror on my laptop so I can’t tell you the exact code.

For now add the privacy section as last item in the menu and then I’ll tell you how to hide the menu button and how to add its link to the footer.

I’ll be back in my office in a couple of days.

Yes,

as I said is possible, but only via code and I don’t have the fla files and flash installed now… so you need to wait that I can look at the code and give you instructions.

Hi Parker, is there a reason why after I changed the files of your website with your newest release everything works fine but the menu?

I mean, I cannot see the menu titles and subtitles, but they’re there, and if I click on them they actually work…I just see the menu background color…

and I cannot send you a link for I still didn’t put it on line. I still have the old version of your website.

I’m using CS5 . I opened the fla to change the name of the xml path in the action script. I published (settings on flash 8 ) and saved it as CS4 fla. That’s all

Hi Serban,

I don’t really know right now how that can’t be done. Did you try to search on google? Probably you simply need a js script that checks the user agent of the browser and then makes the redirection…
