This preloader is written in AS3 , it’s not frame animation. Easy to implement. Just copy the movie clip to the first frame of your project. Drag&Drop. Resizable. No extra code needed.

What you see above is two samples for you to see what the preloader looks like on different backgrounds. Actual file contains one preloader.

You can easily adjust:

- Color of text and animation seperately
- Speed of the animation

Also if you prefer you can discard text and use only the animation.
