Btw, do they already have the technology to know when a baby is going to be born on the second? ;)

Hi, I like the counter but would like to pull information from an xml file. does it currently do that? i want it to show the countdown and a name next to the count down.

Please let me know if it does this right now.

Thanks.

No, it does not currently pull information from an XML file. It could easily be retrofit to do that though.

Great counter fullabeatz, I love it.. :) My girlfriend is pregnant, and I am using it for a babysite.. thanks, but I have a little problem..?

The counter runs on standard london time, but I live in denmark and need to run on london time +1, is there any way I can change that in the acionscript?

The timer works by pulling your computers current time comparing it with a time standard and then coming up with the correct countdown. The way it is set up should work anywhere you are, but will not necessarily account for any time changes.

If you still want to add an hour to the timer change line 13 of the code to:

var timeLeft:Number = (finalDate.getTime()+3600000)-currentDate.getTime();
