Yes, there is a ready2go SWF -File in the package.

You can configurate your banner with the new configurator or directly in the xml.

When you save your XML you can see your items directly in the allready compiled SWF -File. You do not have to open Flash.

No, you do not. There is a nice configurator included with whom you configure the banner. After saving the resulting XML your banner will do what you wanted him to do

Yes, no problem. Just enter the swf path in the filename input box (or directly in the xml). The configurator will show the result directly.

Wherever you can use a picture in the configurator you could use a SWF -file instead.

• -Open the main.fla file.
• -Press CTRL +L to open the Library
• -Double Click on the temptxt to edit Font Typ 1 or double click on temptxt2 to edit Font Typ 2
• -Swap to the Stage and click on the txt Dynamic Text
• -Select any Font Typ to change the Font Typ
• -Click on Embed Character Options to open the Character Embedding dialog box, and select any other character sets or type your own charachters and click OK to change the embedded charachtes
• -Compile the swf file again with CTRL +Enter

The configurator is a web browser based tool to edit all preferences you need for the banner without touching the xml itself. So it is basically a web formular you have to fill. There is no XML visible to the user.

But it will be shown to you when you click the “show XML ” Button. Then you copy that XML , put it in your config XML on your filesystem and enjoy your lovely new banner!

Yes, of course! You can still configure the banner directly in XML without the configurator.

The first uploaded version of our configurator had a bug. Since then we try to upload a corrected version. Due to server problems at activeden we were not able to do so yet. Sorry for the inconvinience!

No, just a browser of your choice. You even can put the configurator files on a usb stick and use it on differnt client desktops.

But you can also put the configurator on your webserver. If you do so you have now the option to load and save XML files on the fly.
