Black round animated icon set buttons

im a bit of an amateur at this but i noticed that these are all done with as2. is there a simple way to convert these to as3 so i can use them with the rest of my projects?

I’m not familiar with AS3 , but If you know a bit of AS3 , it’s should be very very simple for you.
The button animation is a regular tween animation, and the actionScript for loading the ICON is a simple “attachMovie” from the library.
