Black & White Deeplinking Template

Hi Bob, i’ve only one problem: I set intro_video.swf at strat module, but when the intro video start, the background music don’t fade out.

How can i resolve it ?

If i set setting audio = “off” in navigation.xml the problem is solved for the first access

but after when i click on home button, i’ve the same problem: background music on and video intro on.

The contact form is not working for me. It says “Message being sent” but nothing really happens.

I update contactus.xml and sendmail.php with the new infos.

My php version is 5.2.17, I upload the “phpinfo.php” like you sugest to confirm and it display the tables of data correctly, so I think it’s not a misconfiguration of php in the webserver and also it’s not the first time I use flashden templates and the contact form usually work fine.

Have you please some other sugestion?

Yes I have my site in a folder, and yes I’m sure the php path is correct with the name of the folder.

Actually I try the contact form in other webserver and it’s working. I compare the php5 setting in phpinfo.php table for both webserver and some settings are not the same.

Could you tell me what settings are the correct to make your code work?

Question about the music … the site start with music ON, but if a visitor decides to turn it off, it starts again once he visites a new page on the site, can this ‘preference’ be remembered by the site ? In short : if a visitor turns the music OFF , it must stay OFF while browsing the site

i think i bought it in Nov 2010 … since then, i have tweaked a lot of the files (special chars ao …), i don’t want to retweak everything, can’t i just replace one file that fixes this ?

Is there an update scheduled for this file? I’d like to buy it but I’ll way to drop into customizing it if you’re gonna put something new out soon.

However, I bought this today not realizing you have version 2.0 out. Is there any way I can get the other version instead of this one? I need some of the newer features like drop-down menus. I sent you a message regarding this.

id there any simple way to move or slide the text areas off to the right ? (text_module.fla), is it enough to change the X value of all the elements on the stage ?

igniteflash adapting the code as you mentioned does slide over the left side of the abouttext, but also the right side, where is the width of the box specified ? tia

Brother do you have code for email validation that you could kick down? I’d love for this template to have responses back to the user for incorrect use of the forms for both mail and tell-a-friend. I also noticed that if the user click ‘tab’ while navigating that the focus goes all over through various symbols. What’s the best way to disable that?

how I can load background image of multi_media.swf? multi_media.xml has no <lgimage> code, even fla file. I would like to use background.

I have one more question, How do I add foreign language characters (korean or japanese) to the text_module? I try to change properties panel, did embed font. but doen’t work. TT

So about the flash objet in the about us section, where you have put a text “Welcome to Black & White bla bla bla”, how can i through xml manage it…??? I tried through flash but i can’t..
