This preloader is very simple to use. Just copy and paste this preloader in the first frame of your Flash project, so there is no need to add actionscript or stop commands.
The two preloaders shown above are the same one. The left preloader is the original white and the right hand preloader has a drop shadow filter applied to it in the Filters windows.
