Can you adapt for different flags if you have the vectors? I got a huge amount of vector flags on my PC.

Depends on the flag – probably for simpler ones like France and Italy. The more complicated ones are animated using a few more layers so it will be a bit of work. Im actually also doing part II of this includes US Canada etc..

Hello, I have bought your flag script. How is possible to extract a movie of a single flag and its action ? Thank you Claudio Tegazzini ctegazzini@yahoo.it

Every flag in self-contained – click on the one you want and copy and paste it.

Great visuals, but I’m disappointed how you organized the files.

I purchased these sets because I was trying to save time from doing it myself. Each set has items named “flag1, flag2, flag3” as opposed to the name of the country (that’s just lazy). Then there’s “tween1, tween2, tween3”... which could have been avoided if the symbols were defined as library items before they were tweened.

If you were placing flags from different sets into one document (as I needed) is that you get conflicts with similar library names. When prompted by Flash to “replace?” or “don’t replace?”, it does not work.

To fix, I had to rename everything in the library of each file BEFORE I imported them into my document… which was labor intensive (I placed an A, B or C after each tween name: tween27a, tween27b).

Additionally, it would have been nice if you added a “blank” flag with instructions on how to insert your own, desired flag if it was not presented in the set. ie: “open “blank flag” in the library and replace with your new flag, 200px by 200px.”

Long story short, perhaps you learned more about flash since you first listed these items and it’s time to update the files (sorry to be harsh).
