Circle Preloader with Waves Progress

This is very simple to use and customize preloader, you must only drag&drop preloader from library to timeline – in this case no ActionScript is need. However, you can specify preloader’s source via ActionScript, add callbacks to preloader and control it manually. Also in one line you can modify circulation speed of the ring and wave’s speed.
