Seems like preloaders are on the rise again
Awesome preloader and it works great.
I use this in both my internal and external SWF ’s on my site, only problem i am having is that the preloader does not center on the external swf’s being loaded onto my main timeframe.

As for your centering issue – you say you’re using the preloader in an external SWF , and then when that external SWF is loaded in, its preloader isn’t centered in the external SWF ? That would make sense. The preloader is set up to center based on the stage dimensions, and when you load in the external SWF , the preloader uses the container SWF ’s stage dimensions instead of the external SWF .
You could get around this by going into the MovieClip for the preloader in the external SWF and substituting any mention of stage.stageWidth and stage.stageHeight with the width and height of the external SWF .

Thank you so much for your response, i will goto the movieclip preloader as u explained and set the width and height for the external SWF . I will let u know if i have any problems, thank u again.
I changed all instances of stage.stageWidth and stage.stage.Height with the external SWF dimensions.
Which works great in Opera and Safari, but in Mozilla IE and Chrome shows the preloader in all different sections of the screen.

Worked just as expected. Great file. I like that you can easily specify the length of the lines.
