Simple yet practical Circular Preloader

- Drag & drop in the first frame. Content in the second frame

What you can easely customize
- radius (distange from center of the circle to margin)
- circle border width
- ability to chase mouse (enable/disable)
- initial starting preloader angle
- distance from mouse(in case of mouse chase enabled)
- how to change the color?  change the tint value from clip color properties. simple!

Help to use it as preloader for other stuff besides site loading

– Delete the “percent” lair and pass the percentage you wish to display by calling the preloader mc like… preloader.rotate(percent_number);
easy!
