Colorful Guestbook

Hi, I bought your guestbook a few weeks ago, and still not getting support. The guestnook won’t allow me to type all the characters.

PLEASE HELP ME

hello, i use your beautiful guestbook and it works like a charm, except the fact i have some problems with the cache browser. i must manually clear my cache anytime i post a message, in order to see it. it’s pretty uncomfortable for the users.

i’ve tryed to put a random number in the xml request call with no success, the guestbook doesn’t load at all.

for info, i call the main.swf in the frame of another swf with an UrlRequest. and the guestbook is integrated in an ecommerce template solution (prestashop, but no confusion, i don’t plan to sell the template, it’s a shop for my wife).

do you have any solution please to suggest me ?

I am suddenly getting all sorts of errors with this guestbook, it actually causes the browser to completely crash when posting, first popping up a window like this:

TypeError #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties. at Guestbook/GiveMeBoxes() at MethodInfo-129() at Function/http://adobe.come/AS3/2006/builtin:apply() at SetIntervalTimer/onTimer() at flash.utils: Timer/_timerDispatch() at flash.utils: Timer/tick()

The browser is then completely frozen and has to be terminated using a Task Manager end process command. I am viewing this in Firefox.

Any idea what is causing this?

This is actually a huge problem that the guestbook makes the browser crash. Could you please fix this bug?? Thank you!!!

Great job, love the look of and functionality of this guestbook. One problem i’m having is when people leave comments and they type certain characters like “

Once I go in the xml file and remove the characters from people’s comments the guestbook is back online.

Is there a fix for this? Maybe a way to block people who leave comments from using those characters that mess the guestbook up?
