When adding your own background images ie replacing the current ones.. make sure that they are all the same aspect ratio to each other.. for example in the demo they are all 4:3 ratio.. otherwise to avoid this, keep all the backgrounds the same dimensions.

For the Slideshow, edit XML in slideshow folder and see attribute Link. To link to a main menu item: Link=”1” (this will go to the second page in the site) To link to a submenu use a dash, eg Link=”4-3” This will go to the 5th page and 4th submenu item.

Same applies for Galleries, News and Team modules, except the attribute is LinkThumb (currently LinkThumb=”” by default)
