You can resize this gallery to any size you require but bear in mind that the thumbs are not resizable so you should resize the gallery according to the amount of thumbs you have.
Editing the XML
The XML usage is as follows:

You can add unlimited columns and this menu is configured for a maximum of 20 rows.
Thumb sizes must be 108×68 pixels.
You can add any size image for the big image. The gallery will automatically resize it to scale to fit the width and height of the gallery. If you want the big image to fill the gallery screen, just make it the same size as the menu.
The fonts used are included in the package.
