Configurable News Ticker

I am using this in Wordpress. It works sometimes, but sometimes it gives me an “undefined” “no results found” error. It usually does this once the ticker text has looped a couple times. Any ideas? Can be seen here: http://bakeliteradio.co.uk/373/news/a-new-adventure/

Codestar is very busy and cannot support this product.

He told me in an email that he can only help people on Mondays because he is very busy. I have asked him for help via email three Mondays in a row and he has not replied.

People get busy, this is understandable.

However, if a product cannot be supported then possibly it should not be for sale here?

Hi i changed the Font Type to Myrid Pro, but my Text are to near beside each charcter. Can i adjust the space between charcters and adjust the option that all characters are written in big letters ??

And can i set the duration of how long the Info will shown ??

Locally this works perfect, but when I upload the files, the ticker doesn’t work. (Even if you mantain excatly the same structure)

Could you please forward me the solution instead of let me wasting my whole morning trying to figure out how is possible not to simply embbed as an and that is it…

I would feedback you very positivelly but, since that this situation is not explained neither in the help file nor in this discussion forum, I going to have a second though about that.

I must bought the News ticker. When I copy it over to my .fla file along with all the necessary files to the folder it doesnt work. What am I missing here?

The news has links to a url. I rather want it to link to a scene within flash.

I think there was an update who broke the module because it work on activeden website but not in my home.

I’m really really sad, snif. 1 star only !

note : there is not pdf help file, just a “help” folder with scripts files inside. I think a serious programmer will insert a true pdf help file and have to check if his updates works or not…
