Contact Form - Flash / xml / PHP

This is a flash xml based contact form generator and mailer which can be used by your website visitors to send email messages to you.

It is completely dynamic meaning you can easily add / edit / delete text title & input fields in the contact form as per your choice.

With very little configuration and customization you can seamlessly integrate this contact form in your existing website. It’s published size is only 4KB and would load almost instantly even on the slowest connections.

To use this contact form in your website all you need to do is drag and drop it inside your fla. Other usage examples are also included with the package to further ease the implementation in your projects. FLA source is supplied for MX2004 , Flash 8 and Flash CS3 .

Additionally all of the form elements can be customized to look according to your preferences or your existing website look. So you can specify different size, color, location, font etc… according to your need. Since all title text are read from the external xml file you can easily customize it for multiple languages. You can add unlimited number of form text input fields on the fly using the xml and configure which one of them are compulsory and which ones are optional. It automatically checks through the fields. It is possible to show compulsory field blank messages inside the actual fields too and i can supply update to any purchaser on request for free.

On form submission you would not only receive form’s information but would additionally provide some useful information like, user’s browser, IP etc. User would be displayed a customized confirmation message which again can be changed from the xml.
