Ive seen that illustration before, but cant remember where.. hmm.. Anyway, I like the design, but not the flickering reset and send buttons, was that on purpose?

Just purchased this and set it up. The return email I get shows the email address in the email field but the name and message fields are blank. I tried everything I can think of but it refuses to send the results of those two fields. Anyone have an idea of what could be wrong?

First- for the most part, I love this form. Clean and simple.

but, I’ve got the same issue as Desmond22 of blank fields when receiving the submitter’s email (except their email)

I thought it might be the request.querystring on lines 7 & 9 of the sendmail.asp page because they look like a different language other than English… but even when I tried changes these it didn’t solve the issue.

I’ve tried different things for about 2 hours and haven’t come up with any new ideas.

any suggestions?

Heyyyy! Got it! One the sendmail.asp page Line 7, 8 & 9 should look like this instead of the code you received:

psName= Request.QueryString(“psName”)
psEmail = Request.QueryString(“psEmail”)
psMess = Request.QueryString(“psMess”)
