Hi this is a very nice form! I would like to use it as an rsvp system and wondered if it would allow for the following scenario?

If a user selects a number of guests attending the event via a drop down of say 1-10. Would it be able to create additional name fields to accommodate for the number of guests?

Ie. if 4 guests were selected 4 name fields would appear.

I don’t know where to put the php file. And I tested it without placing the php file and it told me that my message had been sent.

Does this need to be uploaded to a server to work…or can I just edit using Flash CS5 , test it out and it to work? (ie send an emaill)
