Ignore it, after posting the comment its working all of the sudden…If what I saw was a mp3 preloader perhaps a percentage or bar to indicate that?

The songs play in the order you list them on the xml file. There are no other button functions other than pausing the sound when the movieclip is clicked.

@venomarts: I don’t think it will work in an AS2 project, it’s an AS3 file.

Sorry for the late response. In the middle of moving.

It won’t do wav files. May I sugguest converting the file to MP3 . This is easily done in most music programs. I use Itunes.

If you don’t have flash you will have to link the the .swf file in your html. Just like linking to add an image.

If you are working with flash you can just drag and drop the movie clip into your .fla file.

Make sure the music folder and the music.xml file are in the same directory as the .swf file.

have tried all the play functions in html and AS – but canny find the code to make it start paused ?

ie: when the webpage loads it is not playing music until it is clicked !

I bought this player, but there is no script how to put it in to html. I can put the flash object, but how to combine it with xml playlist? HELP !

I’m not totally sure what your problem is.

To load it into HTML you would do this like loading an image, just imbed the swf into the HTML .

For the player to work with the XML file, the XML file must be in the same directory as the SWF file.
