if button shape is 0, it is shaped like a rectangle.

if button shape is between 0 and 20, it is shaped like a round rectangle.

if button shape is 20, it is shaped like a circle.

Hey There, This looks great. Maybe exactly what I need. But what is the purpose of the buttons? Is this for ads, or is it to use as an image viewer?

Can I hide the buttons and the panel totally? I’m looking for a simple banner rotator that I can change the path to the xml in the embed. Is this possible?

1. When you do not need the test panel, just set showTestPanel = false; then it does not show.

2. If images are more than 5. user need to change another quickly. So need the buttons.

Very nice. I would like to buy this if I knew how I could change banner size and also add a line of text for each banner. Is that possible? I am not a programmer so any help to do that would be appreciated.

just change the document size, quite easy. you need not be a programmer.

Updates: 10. 28, 2008 1. move all parameters to xml file. 2. add new featrue: buttons fade out when mouse out.

I bought this and it works great locally. when I upload to a server, the second image (and subsequent images) will not load, also numbers only appear in PC browsers,not MAC . Maybe the loading problem is a server issue or MIME -type setting? Any thoughts about this and the numbers. Thanks, this is a very versatile file. Also, I wanted to load the images into a frame so I added my own vars to slightly change the x and y values for the image loader, worked perfect.

OH, forgot to ask. What do yo mean by “name the xml file to ‘images.xml’” That might solve my problem with the second image and subsequent images not loading. The only way i could get it to work locally was to put the images.xml file immediately relative to the html page that the swf is embedded(using swf object 2.0). But is is not in the same folder as the swf even though the path in the action script is just ‘images.xml’ . Does this make sense. here is the path for the html file: Copy of Website/index.html

The path in the AS code for the xml is just ‘images.xml’, not like ”../images.xml” or anything.

need to be Website/normal.swf

make sure do not change the original path, and also make index.html in the same path with normal.swf

MX9580 , The updates version is seems to be much enhanced over the original “normal.fla” versions. i liked those too though because I ended up digging through the AS and learning more.

Question: Can you (or someone here) point me in the right direction in terms of doing an intitial preloader for just the first image or even for each as i have seen on some slideshows, although a preloader for each image may be overkill. Since the images are loaded through a reference in the XML file, does that create a special situation for checking for bytes loaded, etc?
