You can put up a link to the file on your server so that others can see and you don’t lose out on customers in the meanwhile.

True, but I don’t have any software for encrypting, so I prefer to wait.

I don’t know exactly how is possible to not work the preview, but I had this problem with my first file, too. Hope they will resolve it soon!

Are you developing in CS4 ? If they encrypt a CS4 preview it seems to break it (that’s been my experience). Now when I submit I leave a comment to the reviewer to not encrypt the file.

The other thing you should do is post a preview on your own server and put a link in the item description until the preview is fixed. It’s the fast solution and all your home page exposure won’t be wasted.

Just if it helps: IE8 debug flash player (10.1) throws this:

Error #1068: Boolean and * can’t equal.

And after several errors with paths references.

I know very which the error is, but this is not about my file, is about how the admin set my preview.
