DXD Portfolio Website

DXD portfolio website version 2.0
The DXD portfolio website is for users that do not have the experience or time required to get a flash website developed for them personally or for a client. All that is required to get this website working is to edit XML files and add in the website content in accordance with the specifications provided in the manual. A full step by step manual with commented actionscript (for advanced users) and fully commented XML is provided in order to make the setup of this website as easy as possible.

DXD portfolio website version 2.0 updates

The features page type has been added
Video thumbnails are now supported as projects thumbnails on the gallery and feature pages
Video player and image viewer now support videos and images of any size
Image viewer supports SWF files
SWF Backgrounds are now supported
The design has been updated to include 3 different versions; a light version, dark version and the original version
Project thumbnails can now be resized in the settings XML file
Font settings can now be adjusted in the settings XML file
the project thumbnail animation can be turned on and off in the settings XML for a performance increase
The manual has been re-written to reflect all the new changes
More comments have been added to the XML to make it easier to understand
A sample website is provided in the main download to help explain how the website works
The preview version has been updated with my work to give it more of an authentic feel
The most major change is the layout of the project pop up section, the project information is now in a pop up box so that more stage space is accessible to display media
