I’m getting around to making my portfolio with this script. Works great except I can’t figure out how to get the videos larger. I love how it resizes to the image size, but no luck with the video.

Any suggestions?

Very cool layout. Does it support AVI /MPEG video links?

Question – Not all the thumb images are displaying correctly in the expanded view. They appear fine on the main menu category selection, and in the [INFO] of the image, but not in the vertical tree to display the full images. Any thoughts what might cause this? I am still working locally so nothing is posted yet.

Is there a size limit?

No live version yet. Not worried about quality. This tag for the item which is the small thumbnail that fails when the viewer is opened. If the image is not square and 70×70, or a max of 70 wide, then the image ends up being a long thin vertical ribbon.

If I use the standard image 1200×1600 it is very noticable. If I make he image a max of 70 wide, then it works. Anything wider and it adds black space to the sides. I’ll work on setting up a hosted live test.

Here ya go. Go into Items and expand the viewer of a thumb. Investigate the thumbs and expand each. Select each for [INFO] to see a breif description of my analysis.

It seems there is a restriction of ‘Width’ for the thumbnails. But no limitation for ‘Height’.

Not sure this would actually fall into something related to your gallery design, but maybe you can update the instruction document to make note of a limitation.

BTW – I really like the design alot. Very fluid.

I also just noticed the vertical image height issue when expanding the catagory, before you open the viewer, under the Item area.
