Looping the shine is simple. Just add the following line of code inside the “clipPackage” mc: setInterval(moveGlow, 15000);
Take any text, png or other vector art and add a shine to it. All you have to do is take this mc that uses a unique combination of dynamic blend layers and masks to apply this useful affect to it.
Through variables, you can adjust whether or not you want a reflection, how far you want the reflection offset should be, as well as set the shine for use with a transparent png.
