hi – looks good, is there any way to make it so it doesn’t automatically start preloading the video file? For example if I have 6 of these players on a single page, I wouldn’t want all of them to start download the videos, or it would make the page too slow… any way to easily change it so that it doesn’t start downloading the video til After the user presses the play button?

Does it work with XML from a flash streaming server?

Can you add a “email a friend” and “embed code” option at the end of the video so viewers can share the video with others?

Hi I bought this but it doesn’t resize the video correctly! I’ve change the proportions in the ‘videoplyer.as’ and the stage size etc, but it still renders the video at your original proportions

in the index.html? I’ve got

Great vid player.

I resized the proportions to fit my desired size for my video and the result is spot on; however, when I press the full screen button the video launches in full screen but the video is cropped on the right.

Any ideas as to what is occurring?

This media player is perfect for my design

However before I purchase it there are a few questions I need to raise.

Firstly is the method of filepath to the player open or strictly XML based?

Secondly how HTML reliant is the player and can t be embedded into another .fla?

I love the looks of the player but changing the size has been a real pain. Flash Vars etc do not give me the results I want. I wrote Flashman an email with no answer.

Hi,

I bought this player as I wanted a good player with ability to set autoplay to on or off. The specs indicates that it is possible to set autoplay to on or off. I have added autoplay parameter

so.addParam("autoplay", "true");

with this only the bottom controls get disappear. but the main play button still there on the video, and user has to click for the video to play.

Am i missing something? how to set autoplay on? pl. help. a bit urgent please.

Erm, you just covered a 4:3 video to make it look widescreen? Am I right in saying that there’s no resizing logic in the video container?
