Hello,

I just purchased this player and it isn’t working correctly. once the video controls fade down the first time, if you move your mouse over the video again the controls re-appear half way up the video, not at the very bottom like they did at the start of the video. I’ve done nothing to this file. I’ve even tested the original file and it does the same thing. Please help.

So, how long does it take to get help?

Well, it’s been more than a week and no answer, so if you are considering buying this CRAP please, save yourself some time and look for a different player, here, there is no support at all.
