Just purchased and it is very simple to modify except for one thing. How do you make it loop?

Hi vigonya – please check the paths to the xml files from the flash – if you are new to xml it may be best to keep the files in the original locations and edit there

the quickest fix would be to look for the movieclip ‘loader’ in the library and hide the content of it

Hello Can you tell me how I can make the previous picture disappear because it does not remove previous picture from stage. I have different picture sizes and when smaller picture comes after bigger picture it does not look good. Thanks.

Hi hejmaniok – try setting the alpha property of all the slides to 0 at the start and then just before transition is applied set the alpha of the current slide to 1

Loading images (png, jpg) it’s all right, but loading any swf I have this: TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference. at slideshow/xmlItemsLoaded() at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction() at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent() at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete() and internal swf action stopped..

I also tried with no actionscript swf, but I’ve the same problem.

Dear author, Whatever I do, the swf file won’t display on my standard html page!

I’ve gone through different ways of embedding the swf file within the page – to – reconfiguring the xml files – to – recompiling the .fla file – to – testing it in different browsers – to – playing with security of my hosting folder – to – moving all xml files into the same folder (& recompiling it again) – to – pulling my hair… And… the end result is always the same… I always get the ‘Loading’ thing displayed in my browser!

What’s funny is that after whatever I try and then launch the .swf file (in the folder) it works OK, every time. It’s just the browser thing that refuses to load images.

I’m out of ideas and I desperately need to get it working. Pretty PLIZ , mosieur Bjorn!

PS. Otherwise, great banner.
