Easy Website Horizontal Navigation AS3

I do not get it… all your files are awesome and I have purchased many. This I do not get… what is it.. Should be a plain bottom menu, instead?

Hi. I really like this simple horizontal nav and it’s buttons. Questions:

1. I need it to be on the top, not the bottom. Possible? 2. I need to place a logo at the top as well. Possible? 3. Does the background file come with it?
