The Elite Slideshow is a AS3 file which is fully customizable to suit your needs. All the images, text and links are editable via 1 single xml file for ease of use! The .fla file opens in Flash CS3 or higher.
To use the file as it is, all you need to do is just change the filenames and text, plus the links you want to link to, in the xml file. No need to open the .fla in flash, so no need to own an expensive piece of software!!! – You can open the xml file in a normal text editor…
Some of the features of this file include :- Auto Delay time – the next slide will fade in automatically over the top of the previous one, so you won’t end up with a blank screen for a few seconds whilst the next picture loads!
- Multiple Image types – you can display .jpgs, .gifs, .pngs, and .swf files…
- Unlimited number of slides can be shown
- HTML formatted text – you can use HTML tags in the xml file, meaning the text you display can be formatted just like a HTML file!
- Option of text / no text – just leave the desc tag in the xml empty if you don’t want any text displayed!
