When you say you can call it on any event, does that mean you can just drop it on the timeline and have an automatic explosion without having to click the mouse button?
I will buy it if it does this. Nice effect by the way.

The explosion effect can be “called” anywhere. You don’t need any button to trigger the event.

OK, works like a charm! For the Action Script challenged like me here is how to make the explosion work automatically on the timeline without having to press the mouse button. (Thanks to Charlie78);
On line 48 of the code where you see: onMouseDown = function():Void replace this with: explode(_global.mov,_xmouse,_ymouse);
Then just put the AS code anywhere on the timeline you want your explosion to happen. Also change the x and y co-ordinates where you want your explosion to happen on the stage.
You can get some incredible effects by inserting different shapes with gradients on them like exploding bubbles and exploding glowing shapes.
