External SWF Template

This is a Flash 9 (Actionscript 2.0) based external SWF Template so you need FLash 9 or higher to play/edit this file.

Features:

• Menu color changeable in the XML file.
• You don’t need knowledge of flash programming to work with this template.
• The flash and image files are loaded in outside of the flash file from a XML file so it’s easy to update the site frequently.
• You can add as much pages like you want, choose their order and give them names.
• A button in the menu bar can load a SWF or open an external link.
• You can change the background pattern if you want.
• The two header images can be changed in the XML file.
• The actionscript code is extensivly explained in the FLA .
• Footer text loaded from XML file
• There is an example and an empty site in the download
• The mp3 player loads the mp3’s from the XML file.
• The first song is choosen randomly and then the player repeats the playlist.

Update 3 march 2009:

• Shows percent loaded while loading external SWF ’s
• You can now easily remove the mp3 player by not adding any songs in the XML file.
