i remember i have read a blog post about rising quality requirements on the files… is this what they were trying to say?

Sorry guys i think this looks really bad and surprised that it passed QT. Even more so since they are trying to up the quality of files submitted top FD.

Lets just clear up some things:

First the file is good as it mimics the anime/manga Japanese style animations.

Secondly it does look unfinished with lines and bits all over the screen, and large black rectangles down the sides…

Finish the file and re upload

I think maybe this has just been sized wrong, in which case it should have been rejected and resubmitted at the right size.

Maybe encrypt the file is corrupted

No no file good working. I purchased. There are encryption error. But file size dimensions 550×400px.Why? Standart 590×300px

well it gets a D+ for at least not trying to look like any other file in here.

how about submitting a 100% complete file? this looks like a raw sketch.. sorry
