Hi,
Firstly, this is a very good product. What lead me into buying your product was that you said it can be integrated into facebook as I questioned you in this link at the bottom that you said it came with documentation how to integrate it into facebook. http://activeden.net/item/flash-chat-v10-4-skins/discussion/45314?page=6 . However, I did not see the documentation that said that in version 2.5.
I purchased version 2.5 and chat with you the other day and sent your couple emails for instruction how to integrate it with facebook but I have not got any answers from you. I am sure everyone here would like to know how to since you said it can be integrated into facebook in version 2.5 or is the product misleading?

@rphrus2: I accidently deleted your last post. Here is the answer regarding Facebook. Simply add a new tab in your facebook page and install the Facebook Static FBML application. This application will add a box to your Page in which you can render HTML , FLASH or FBML (Facebook Markup Language) for enhanced Page customisation.
Remember to set up your crossdomain xml correctly so the chat SWF can access you server. That’s it, super easy!

I don’t know who deleted my last post but it explained how the chat works on Facebook.
Ok here is the info one more time.
Create a new tab in Facebook and add the Facebook Static FBML application which will allow you to render Flash content. For the chat to be able to connect to your server and send and receive data from Facebook, you need to setup a crossdomain XML and allow Facebook access to your server. Easy as that.
If you don’t know how to setup a crossdomain XML file, you can find this information on Google. I’m not going to go into details about this topic because I’m not a Flash development school. This is all the information there is to it and should enable anyone to get the Flash chat working on Facebook pages.

FYI : Setting up any kind of Flash application on Facebook, may it be a game or whatever, that requires the Flash SWF to connect to a remote server to request or receive data always requires a crossdomain XML to be located on the remote server allowing external access. This is a standard process and not something you just have to do for this Flash chat. If the chat runs fine on your website server, but when you try to run it on Facebook and get a “Sandbox Violation” error, then this is always related to the crossdomain XML and not with the chat itself. It’s not a bug or problem in the chat. It’s just a process necessary to be able to run the chat SWF file on any other domain than yours. That’s because the chat SWF is located on your domain along with the XML and PHP files and by default only your domain can access them. crossdomain XMLs are there to give access to your SWF files from other domains because by default you can run a SWF only on your domain as a security measure. If that security was not in place, any website could just steal Flash stuff from other websites and play it on their own. Hope that makes sense.
@rphrus2: I’m going to copy/paste the Facebook installation tutorial I just posted here “as is” into my chat manual .PDF documentation. You can request the updated manual. PDF , but I promise you it will contain the identical information. If this is too technical for you, there is still the possibility to hire a professional or me for an hour to set it up for you. Thanks you for your suggestion. I have tried your advice but doesn’t seem to work. How about a working demo on your facebook fbml tab. This way everyone knows for sure that your product works on facebook. I would think the picture worths a thousand words and that would be a piece of cake for you to set it up in less than 5 minutes.

I’m sorry to tell you but Flash Chat Deluxe has been discontinued a long time ago. You will need to get the latest version which is Turbo Chat 4.2. It’s much better and has many more features.
