This looks like a pretty cool script but many can’t buy it, including me, because you need flash to edit it and the whitespace issue. Guessing based on the number of questions the size would alter, but controlling the actionscript variables via xml would make it usable for many more people.

Hi Ronald, I’m interested in buying your products, I would like to know if you develop projects in web? I need just a form where I can add information like Name, last name, sex, age, city, telephone number, usual keep media (communication medium)? radio, tv, internet, newspaper?, and then I would like to get some statisctics like What is the most usual keep media used?, What is the most common city?..etc, just 4 statistics. It could be made with flash but I would like to save the information of the form in mysql database.

How much would it cost to develop it?

I have installed the files.. and all perfect. working fine.

BUT ,

inserting the flash file to some other pages and after submitting VOTE btn i get : “THERE IS AN ERROR ”

can you fix this?

I have placed the files all in the root folder along with the index page. i still get that error!!

also the result page shows only BLACK pie chart.

Otro detalle amigo la base de datos la generaste en un txt Te da problemas al importarlo directamente en phpadmin Lo que te sugiero es q subas la base de datos en formato sql generado en exportar en el phpadmin yo tuve que realizarlo manualmente.

ESPERO ME PUEDAS COLABORAR , LA VERDAD NO ME ESPERABA ESTE CASO : GRACIAS

Greetings. Im getting the following error in both, the original file and my customzied ones:

Apache HTTP Server szAppName : httpd.exe szAppVer : 2.2.14.0 szModName : php_mysql.dll szModVer : 5.3.0.0 offset : 00002072

I test another mysql, php files on my wampserver 2.0 and works fine. In addition a run apache 2.2.11 and 2.2.14 and php 5.3.0, 5.2.7 and 5.2.6 and mysql 5.1.36 and occurs the same error.

I dont know why. Everything is test in localhost and following your instructions. Im working in a workstation member of a domain network. Thanks.

No i dont know if mysql works, but im created the database and tables using your sql and was created succesfully. How can i check the proper permissios of the root or the files or mysql connection using myphpadmin? I have a mysql root with a password. In addition, i cant see the radio options and pie chart when i exported the fla to swf in the localserver, at my case (www) folder of wampserver. Thanks.

I found a php script that test my sql db and shows the followings resuls on my localhost:

Successfully connected to the server ‘localhost’ MySQL client info: mysqlnd 5.0.5-dev – 081106 – $Revision: 1.3.2.27 $

Successfully connected to the database ‘polls’

Available tables:

improvements ips

in where “improvemnets” and “ips” are tables from “polls” database

How does this script prevent multiple votes? By IP or Cookies?

By IP, great! Do you have a live working version? When I use your demo and refresh the page, the vote resets to 100 and allows me to vote again, WHY ?

I mean i can figure out what this is, but comparing your mysql script to others costumers it sucks. Aw… c’mon i didn’t pay 10$ to get an error, cant you do your script easier so that the free hosting would accept it too?
