Flash XML Editor

hello, I made a mistake. I bought 2 times xml editor, instead of buying version 2. can you help please?

HI, thanks for the cool file. I have had trouble using the file in the past because I tend to use modules on my sites. Each module uses different images etc. So I like to have the images stored in specific directories. Is it possible to have the management and uploading work with different directories or at least sub directories in the “images” folder?

I am a great beleiver in paying people for the work that they have done in developing scripts but come on Michael if you are going to charge for scripts please give some level of support so that people can get them to work

i posted this query a month ago and still no response.

If I had known that you don’t reply to posts about support for your flash scripts then I would not have purchased it.

If you are not going to give support for this version then you should have the decency to remove it so people don’t buy this version.

By the way I still haven’t had a reply to my e-mail asking for a upgrade path to version 2.

There are several things about this script that you have to careful of: 1. The author does not respond or show any support for this script. 2. The files to run the script have to be in the root directory of your site. 3. You need to modify the source, or else make the image directory off the root if you use images in your xml. 4. You need to make the directory that contains the and the xml file editable to the world (777).

Even though it has a five star rating, there are too many things that make this script a not so good script, even thought the concept is a good one. If you are ready to make modifications to some Actionscript code, and are ready to for some possible modifications to the source fls, then this might be a good script for you. I for one, would not have purchased this script had I know of these things before I purchased it.

Can I just use this locally on my PC?

I’ve been trying to get support on this since it first came out. I think we need to band together and petition active den for a refund at the least.

I just install it and it does not work!!!!
