Looks like a real nice file! Can the fade in / out speed be changed along with the duration?

dude, i just got this ticker, its cool BUT , what about all the white space on top and at the bottom. if i change the size then its too small to read – as in, the white space is included in the resize!!!!!!!!!!! can you please help. thanks a ton

This is not supported with CS4 . The 8+ should be removed. There is no help with this file. “Open the XML file and change the news text and links according to your news. That’s it!” That is not help.

My issue is that it is not proceeding to the next xml data set. I can get the first item to load but it will not fade and continue.

^ Figured it out. Basically had to do with the delay. You can’t specify delay for all of them. It’s global. Also, all the xml items (date, url, etc) have to be included.

elkandelk – you can resize and relocate the text box. There is auto-resizing in the AS you can turn off/on.
