I too am unable to get the URL to open in the same window when clicked.

I have edited ImagePanel.as on line 124 to: navigateToURL(new URLRequest(_panelData_xml.@linkURL), “_self” ) ; and SWFPanel on line 72 to: navigateToURL(new URLRequest(_panelData_xml.@linkURL), “_self” ) ;

But it won’t work.

Is there a way to have the first frame of a video to be showing on the panel when the application loads up? Just now, it shows the grey background with a play button. I would like if possible to have either the video loaded up, and paused on the first frame, or a way to have a thumbnail image of the first frame shown.

Any help or ideas on how to do this would be great.

I am having trouble getting the xml to root properly. It appears that regardless of the Carousel.as file’s call to retrieve the xml file from a path, it is simply looking for an xml file named Carousel.xml in the same folder as the swf file. Is that the case? Would really appreciate the assistance. Thanks!

Hi, love this file. Wanted to use for all videos. Right now all videos in the slideshow are grey. How can I show the first frame image of the video, instead of the grey background?

The product is great, but tow problems :

- Is it possible to target _self the links ?

- The randomize function is not working with true or 1 in the XML .

Just bought the carousel and wondering if there is a way to make everything stop/pause on mouse over instead of having to click the image to stop carousel.

hi – with regard to the video element of this carousel:

is there any way to pause / stop a video from playing once the carousel changes the focus slide?

i.e. If more than one video is selected to play, I’m assuming that they will all just continue to play (loop) until you refresh the page; navigate away or manually stop the video from playing.

Additionally, can links be added to flv videos?
