FlexPop!

FlexPop is a Flex 3 / AS3 library for Flex; in short it is a class which you can use to create a lightbox style effect for flex. Also included is a quick-reference AS3 Library of EasingFunctions for effects

Simply pass in any UIComponent to FlexPop.Pop( component ); and you’re done.

Its entirely AS3 Code, in 2 classes (+ an optional 3rd extending class so you can make your own presets easily) – this is not an mxml module / application etc.

All elements are customizable and example usage + preview are included.

This package contains: The Preview source, which is both a demo and a handy tool for selecting your prefered configuration options The Flex project itself; for use in Flex Builder 3 or inside any Flex 3+ project.

Using: You are encouraged to open up the Flex project and check the comments in Usage.mxml – this contains both an example of normal usage, and an example custom library created by extending FlexPop.
