Seems like a decent time picker.

Unfortunately, like many of them out there, it does not have true date support and therefore you cannot bind a Date object to it. This is unfortunately not documented pre-purchase and I had to discover this after buying it.

If you need to bind a Date to your time control then this component will not work for you without modifying it.
